The Obama Healthcare Bill might now allow people's pet dogs to prescribe drugs to immediate family members.
This new bill is being hailed as both surprisingly enlightened and a cost cutting measure that could save trillions of dollars on office visits thus putting the United States' fiscal house in order, at the same time unclogging the animal shelters of unwanted pets.
Finally, dogs would get the respect they deserve. And privileged parking.
