In a surprisingly enlightened new suggestion to the House of Representatives, the Obama Healthcare Bill might now allow people's pet dogs to prescribe drugs to immediate family members.
This is being hailed as a cost cutting measure that could save trillions of dollars on office visits putting the United States' fiscal house in order, as well as unclog the animal shelters of unwanted pets.
Finally, dogs would get the respect they deserve. And privileged parking.
